The IES Film Festival was born from an idea of Settima Parete,
the Arturo Ambrosio association and the Sicurezza e Lavoro Association.
Settima Parete, a collective of creatives and communication professionals who have always been passionate about sports and the outdoors, put their skills in communication, graphics and production of audiovisual materials at the festival’s service.
Arturo Ambrosio, an association for the promotion of film culture that has been organizing film reviews and events related to cinema for some time, could not hold back from the idea of giving life to the first festival dedicated to extreme sports.
Sicurezza e Lavoro, an association that since 2010 has been fighting for the promotion of health, safety and rights in the workplace and is involved in various international film festivals, including Lovers and Job Film Days, immediately joined the IES promoting committee to encourage safe sports practices and lifestyles.
